I do not have permission to post there, so I'm putting it here in hopes that the right people see it.

Does anyone know a source or location where I can get used/empty asthma inhalers? I'm trying to create a PV to use in perfect stealth. HR at my work is being total douchebags and instituting a policy against vaping. They're making us go sit outside in the smoke shack for the love of Pete.

Anyway, I searched the forum and found a posting for this one, Affordable Mods - Custom |Builds, but it still has the mouthpiece sticking out of the end. I would like one that looks completely like an inhaler, but haven't been able to locate one like that. So I'd like to make my own.

Any help locating a source for these would be GREATLY appreciated.

Firstly, I'm assuming you know the risks of vaping against company policy and I'm not sure but I'm willing to guess that many people on here will understand the frustration, but not all or maybe even many of us share the same ethos.

With that said; I think you have two choices; a; somehow find an endcap or a way to extend the mouth piece over the carto to make it stealthier, or b; just leave the carto out like in the picture and get a smaller carto with an inconspicuous drip tip. Whatever keeps you off cigs man, go for it.

Actually now that I think about it, you can probably get one from any pharmacy for cheap if not free.....

I saw what he did with the one he created, then I thought about the next step. What if you modded the bat so that the atty/carto/whatever were mounted beside the battery. Then, running a small piece of flexible hose from the mouthpiece of the atty to the mouthpiece of the inhaler. Cut, shape, and glue a baffle to put inside the mouthpiece of the inhaler, and then attach the hose to it. That would restrict the airflow directly through the atty. All that would be left is to devise a discreet external trigger to fire the battery.

I hope I explained that clearly, I think it would work!

Unfortunately those are new, not used, which jacks up the price considerably. 30 bucks apiece is a very big experimentation price. I could easily go through 10 or more before I get it right.

I thought of that, bu the level I'm able to vape at work precludes the ability to chain vape, so I don't think I'd have too much of a heat problem. The biggest difficulty I foresee is the invariable small about of juice getting in the air tube. Right now I just blow it out and keep on vaping, but if it were in a asthma inhaler housing it would be more difficult to get to to clean out. That could be a problem.

That's brilliant! It's almost exactly what I'm looking for, except it still has the atty hanging out the end. I wish I had an empty one in my hand to I could see if my idea would even work, or if ones like this are the best option.

Why not just pick up a Gripper from Madvapes? They're $16 and completely palm-able, the only thing that sticks out is the drip tip and you could always take that off when not in use.
