Shawn I would much rather you be short and to the point and get my orders here in a timely manner. Your cust srvc is great as are your products.
I know I was very impressed when you've managed to shoot me a quick answer from your blackberry almost as soon as I'd hit the 'send' button, LOL... that sort of thing helps your customers make informative decisions when they're ready to buy. Great customer service!

Just stay the way you are doing what you do. do not change a thing. I am very happy with your company and the service i get. also very happy with the prices. my last order was ordered on a thursday nite and midnite and i received it sat 1030 am. i mean that is fast. I myself send Shawn many many emails just dumb questions and i get answers and i get them fast. i dont care if its 3 words he emails back or 1 page the thing is he emailed me back within minutes. you cant beat that for customer service.
