[h=3]FDA Alerts (please read)[/h]The FDA deadline for comment submissions expired on August 8th.
FreeToVape.org, VaporAlley and a few others delivered over 40,000 documents to the FDA on the 8th. It was quite a day, and the fine folks at the FDA did not quite expect this (although we notified them we where coming).
The fight is not over. FreeToVape was originally started to do JUST these documents, but through discussion with them we ARE working on some other plans with the movement. So stay tuned, you will hear more about this, and continue the fight. It is not over yet.
Additionally, please continue to check on Casaa.org for continued information and many other actions we can take, including attention needed in your local area. This isn't JUST about the FDA, your local town or county likely has regulations and bans in the works. Please fight!
