So I went with Brent from FreeToVape.org to the FDA today and delivered some 40,352 documents/submissions from ecig users.
We where told each document will be stamped as received. By law they have to review and record each submission.
The bad news I think is that I had hoped for 500,000 documents and ended up with 40K.
The good news is that the fine folks at the FDA where telling us they only had 2 or so previous "dockets" where people actually brought in papers for them to document.
The fight is not over people. Please continue to email Senators, your state reps and the like.
