Imeo,
I know that you do not like to ruin the surprise of your new creations, so I am just going to state some observations I have had that I hope will help with the GGVV add on design. I am not arguing with keeping it a surprise, if fact I kind of like it. It adds to the anticipation!
If you are going the wattage control rout, I would suggest that it be able to go up to at least 12 or 13 watts and here is why. You know how many of us LOVE an LR atty on a fresh charged batt? Well that is 4.2v and 1.5 ohm which equals 11.76 watts. If you like a 3 ohm atty at 6v that is 12 watts. If you are using that same 3 ohm atty with LiFeP04's that is 6.4v at 3 ohms which is 13.66 watts. Of course the actual wattage under load may be different. I am in no way an electronics whiz. Just food for thought. I was just calcing out some of my favorite setups.
I am sure that you have already thought of this, if you are even going the wattage control rout. I just felt I needed to state this for my own OCD reasons.
I am sure your GGVV add on will be awesome
