Thoughts on this battery for a mod?

New to all ths modding stuff and I was wondering how this battery would work for a mod?


- High capacity battery
-Capacity: 1600 mAh 3.7V
-Li-ion Polymer technology


Can you guess what from? An old unused iPhone 3GS?

What are your thoughts?

Depends on what it's max amp pull is. I've heard people have used lithium packs in mods before and had them work.

If it's from a battery pack it's most likely a unprotected Li-Ion, not advisable to use even in a mod with protection.

If your going to use un protected batteries or need them for higher current applications get IMR/LIMN which are a safer chemistry.
