Hi all, still new here.

I have had an interesting experience here, I had started a thread on my first order from halo.

I took a beating in it.

The thread was closed, then reopened, halo responded to my statements.

Not having the time to respond to halo, I thought I'll do it later.
Now the thread is deleted.

I agree with the quote, and try to live my life in that way. However, this is a private website that is allowed to make their own rules. You're free to start your own e-cig forum and moderate it the way you see fit.

Also, vendors are not allowed to post outside their assigned forums, so if that's not where you started your thread, you might have been attacking someone whose hands are tied, depending on what you were saying and where.

You will find that it takes a little while to learn your way around such a giant set of forums.

Where did you start that thread? There are rules here.

If it was in the general forums then Halo could not have replied. Vendors can only reply in their own forum or in the Negative reviews section.

If you put it up in the Halo forum those areas are moderated by the vendors. If the criticism was over the top or unwarranted then they may have deleted the thread if you were presenting impossible to reply to posts. "You suck" is not a valid criticism.

That thread was started in one of the general areas. It was then closed. At the request of the vendor, it was reopened and moved to the vendor's area, so they could respond.

And it was a good response. From one of the higher regarded vendors in the industry. Perhaps if the OP was to PM the vendor rep, they would reprise their response.

The OP thought that since he read somewhere on this ecf forum that the vendor includes free 4ml samples, that he should get one. He was incensed that he did not. He did, however receive exactly what he ordered, not to mention the vendor does not have 4ml samples, nor do they ever include "freebies".

There were a few other issues, but had the OP done his due diligence, he would have found all his answers on the vendor's website. Instead, he believed something he read in the ecf.

And it is a shame, because that flavor he ordered is a very good raw pure tobacco flavor, one I would still recommend to him, as it has been vaped by me for the last 6 months and I credit it for getting me once and for all out of my smoking habit of 40+ years.

No. We follow the rules of the forum, as well as proper manners and common sense.

Well it was odd to close a thread ,open it again, move it.

Then to let halo respond, in which he addressed me with questions.
To which I am unable to respond, because the thread has been deleted.

The best way I have ever seen this point put is this.

The worst thing about censorship is *** **** *** **.

I started the thread in the Newbie area, as that is where I am to be.

Had I not written the thread ,but merely seen it, I would have been heads up on halo.

You know I went back and reread your posts. A vender wanted a thread closed and it was.

Well truth means nothing here.
Moderator do your duty to censorship close this account.
I will find better people and better info else where.
