Yes, depending on the nicotine concentration. 18 mg nicotine in 95/5 VG/H2O has a mild TH when vaporized at seven watts. A higher wattage will bump the TH up a bit. You won't be able to vaporize 100% VG with anything that uses a filler or wick. 100% Glycerin USP is just too thick to work in these devices. It must be thinned with something first.

I am planning on using distilled water. I might make it a 95/5 ration of VG/PG. Just a little PG for throat it.

I vape 100% VG in a Vivi Nova just fine. With the lower resistance head (I think it's 1.8?) there is plenty of throat hit.

Right now I'm using Virgin Vapor's 100% VG Absolute Virgin line, they say all of their flavors are PG free and alcohol free.
DIY mixers know that flavoring easily accounts for up to 15% of a pre-mixed e-liquid by volume. Maybe Virgin Vapor will tell you what bases they use for their non-PG flavors. All they are saying is it's not PG or alcohol.

Yeah, they don't say on the site. I sent an email and will post back when I hear.

I got a reply from Virgin, the flavors in the Virgin Absolute line are pure extracts in a VG base.
That's interesting. The next time I crack open a bottle of Glycerin USP I'll try vaping it straight in a new carto to see what happens. I should be mixing up a new batch of 30 ml bottles in a few days.

I do all vg+ flavoring mixes in wick based clearos like kanger t2, t3, ce4 no problem. Of course I'm ending up anywhere from 15-25% of whatever the flavor is diluted in, and assuming it's most often pg, my calculator tells me most juices are around 80% vg. I have started playing with adding water, but it's certainly not needed if using flavors, at least non-vg flavors, no wicking problems or flavor complaints and I'm comparing to a pheonix dripping atty. The pheonix might have a bit of an edge, but not enough for me to really notice...
