Dont use coke flavour... Certain flavour will get you extreme TH even without nic... I threw away my coke juice....

Not enough information given about the device you're using, the voltage, the atty - cart - flux, etc... or the juice. How do you know it's 11mg... did you test it yourself or just going by the lable spec? 11mg of be that harsh.

For argument sake dillute your juice with some USP Grade VG perhaps by 35-40%. That should take the edge off.

I think the throat hit you're getting is from the flavouring and not the nicotine. Some flavours like coke, lemon, lime and a few other gives that sharp throat pain or irritation.

Change liquids or just vape it. Hope this helps.

i have 18mg cola. here's what i did. i mixed it 2/3 cherry 6mg juice 1/3 cola juice. it became a cherry cola. much smoother and a good vape. try using vanilla for vanilla coke too.

As you go along, you'll try more juices w e same nic lvl and achieving varying degrees of TH. If you aren't inclined towards mixing, I guess u could just vary yr draw technique. Inhale and store in mouth before inhaling deep. Tt should help a little.

reducing pg ratio oso helps. i.e. 11mg on 100%pg = no go for cola. 60pg/40vg or 70pg/30vg would be ok (depending on flavouring percentage too).

Yea. A lot of Forumers thin their juices with Vodka.
Ideal liquids to thin juices are Deionized water, Distilled water, Vodka and for killer TH Evercool.
Evercool is not sold in SG due to high Alcohol content.

but adding vodka gives you... duh.. Vodka taste not strong but its there.

Premixes if you think it taste wierd you prolly cant do anything with it..

Be creative, Mix it with other flavors and experiment. Or keep it and let it steep for a few weeks and try again.. you might like it then.. if really cannot... throw liao.. Nothing much you can do.

TS, let me hijack your thread ok? I tried strawberry by TPA from two local sites, both 12mg 50/50. Why is it that one has a sharp throat hit while the other is super smooth? Does the brand of PG affect the kind of TH too?

Absolutely... the PG brand does have an effect and as you posted a 50/50 so the VG also has an effect. VG, depending on where it came from will taste different and more importantly....

You read 12mg on the label... did you test the liquid to verify that is in fact 12mg?

Most vendors that make / sell ready-mix juices get their supplies (ie: unflavored PG nic 100% / 50/50 nic / 100 VG nic, etc...) Sometimes the vendor may not test the nic themselves and just assume that the strength of the nic is what it was labeled as. Now you have a domino theory, especially if you're a juice chef and ordering unflavored nic in bulk quantities going with the vendor's assumption that the nic the vendor sold you was the strength it was advertised as.

For me, I don't believe what's printed on a label until I test it myself. It may be totally unintentional on the vendor's behalf.... but now you see how things could get out of hand.

You tried on same cartos?
Some cartomizers do give a higher TH too , like CE4, tried it personally and found its little too strong on me
And yes brand of PG or VG affects TH to a certain extent, some PG are food grade, some are pharmaceutical grade
