Nicotine throat hit

Just want to find out how do you guys cope with nicotine throat hits. I have a 50/50 otai strawberry. Custard with 9mg nicotine. I vape on hana dna 30 with magma 0.9ohm single coil at 14watts and te throat hit is very harsh. It's like sand in my throat.. Is it normal ? Or how do you guys cope with it

Most people vape 6mg or below on drippers. Some flavors are also naturally harsher on the throat than others.

Got to go lower than 9mg for me or else I'll be coughing my lungs out. I always drip the local stuff, premium juices only for my taifuns.
