Can anyone tell me what gives you the throat hit nicotine level or PG ?

You won't really distinguish the higher nic throat hit until you exceed the 15 -18 watt mark, 30 watts .5 ohm coil will excel the vapor to become way more dense ie throat hit.
You should get plenty of throat hit from a 50/50 mix, if not enough try the later end of my explanation and may result in having to lower your nic ...............

Most of our TH comes from nic. I'm vaping 90%PG with menthol right now with no nic and it doesn't have any real TH until I add some nic. The high PG does help the TH a bit once I add nic. I also buy nic that has is peppery and has high TH.

Don't forget some liquids have alcohol, like PGA in them and some even use capsicum from pepper extract to simulate TH.

I tried capsicum and all it did was make me cough. ECBlend have a pepper flavored juice that I use a bit of in no-nic juice to give a bit of nic flavor, but it doesn't make TH.

Mostly the nicotine, but with very low nic, you can get more TH if you use high PG.

As for TH... there's an additive called Flash, which contains a chemical called "piperine", which is from black pepper -- it's not as hot as capsicum, more tingly than hot -- I use Flash in everything I vape, to get more TH, since I already vape very high PG (85%), but can't handle much nicotine (currently 6mg, down from 10mg).

Capsicum is the same thing, capsicum doesn't automatically mean hot. It is the oil in peppers and the berries, just like some peppers are hotter than others, it's the amount and type. The reason Flash isn't hot is because it is based from black pepper and some of the other stuff is jalapeno based. Just have to check which is what, lol.

It's also because piperine isn't as hot as capsicum. :D
