I had bought a batch of the 18350 batteries CCV had on special as the price was right. An extra battery was included as I was the 100th order that day I guess. Anyway, 2 of them were defective out of the box so I tossed them and posted on the CCV site contact page so they had a heads up that there were problems. I did not seek replacements and all I really wanted to do is warn them there were some bad batteries in the batch.

About an hour ago, Andrew called me and we had a nice chat. Not only is he replacing the bad batteries, he's including an extra pair for my EPower and a few other goodies. I'm stunned by the level of customer service that CCV provides - two huge thumbs up!
