Recently I had a bit of an anxiety attack when my only usb charger died. The LED light went out, so I thought the battery was completely charged and so went off. After I replaced the battery with one I knew needed charging, it didn't come back on so I knew it was dead. ACK! how will I charge up n vape over the New Years long weekend? Well I learned that its best to have spares of EVERYTHING. Even though this charger was only two months old or so.
But I did log onto v2cigs, where I bought this as part of a starter pack, and a gentleman by the name of Matthew told me no problem, a replacement was on its way.
Thats one thing that worries about vaping..If I'm in a situation where I can't vape for an extended time, I might go back on analogs and I really don't want that. Shipping overseas, as I'm in Thaiiland, will take a while but that is not v2cigs fault. They take some heat on their own forums about their customer service but I felt compelled to jump on here and share my experience. I'm going to be toughing it out until my new charger gets here, but v2cigs did right by me in my book.
But the most valuable thing to me was the lesson that I learned. EVERYTHING is disposable, so its best to have spares or you might find yourself "blowing smoke" as they say. Gotta feel for the vendors who have to deal with returns.
Thanks for good service though V2!!!
