Greetings,

I just wanted to drop a line and mention how superb the customer service over at Discountvapers.com is.

I placed an order earlier today (around 12:00 pm est) and had my item flagged as "shipped" within 2 hours with follow-up emails. I wrote back on both here and in e-mails, and had them answered within the hour.

I myself work in the CSR field, and can certainly appreciate quality service.

I have yet to receive my actual shipment, which should be coming in tomorrow. But I was compelled to drop a line here because I've been around for a while now, and this is some of the best service I've gotten so far.
