Sorry to ask such a dumb question but I want a stopped smoking Ticker!! I just dont know how to attach it to my posts? Thanks for any help

You can get an event ticker from tickerfactory.com. Just select event for the type, then the ruler, slider and text you want. Then you just need to copy the bbcode that's generated into your signature here (which you can access through User CP).
i actually just clicked on another member's ticker out of curiosity and it took me directly to the site. i think it was the site BadSeed recommended.

Alternatively, go to Haqur's Smoke-Free counter. Add the relevant data and it will give you a picture. Address of that picture can be used then to add a pic to your signature.
Ok this is embarrassing! I made ticker went to edit signature copied bbcode pasted in option 1 and it keeps telling me invalid file when I try to preview? I am sure it is something simple but I am missing something.
Do not use the code. Use the URL (address) of the picture only. Click on the icon for adding a picture, paste the address in a popup box, click OK and you have it.
I couldn't get tickerfactorys to work so I used the one Frankie uses. Copy the image code and in your edit signature toolbox, click the icon for ADD IMAGE. Insert (paste) the code into the box that pops up and voila! done. 
oh and by the way, it's really helping me to see my stats. The amount of cigs I havent smoked in almost 3 days is embarassing. BUT...I'm doin it and I'm proud.

Well thank you! I fooled around with Tickerfactory forever and it just would not work but Haqur's smoke-free counter worked fine.
