Ticket Problems

I hate to resort to this, but I don't have much of a choice.

I opened a ticket about a DOA eGo/Riva Battery about a week ago and I have not received a response.

This kit was purchased for a close friend who wants to ditch the analogs and it created not only a poor impression of madvapes (which before the Canada business, I used Exclusively to set up new vapers), but also a poor impression of vaping in general.

Does anybody know who I can PM to get this resolved finally. I will not open another ticket, as the system is very clearly poor.

Needless to say I won't be ordering from them anymore due to not being able to, but I feel like this has to be resolved, and it indeed must.

You can retrieve it. Click the "submit a ticket" link. Click "view existing ticket". It asks for the ticket number, but since you don't know it, click "forgot tracking ID". The resulting page asks you to input your email address and click the "send me my tracking ID" button. Check your email in a minute or two and there you have it... if it isn't there, check your spam folder.

you should have received an email confirmation that your ticket was received with the ticket number in there. If you didn't could be that your ticket didn't log or the email address had a typo and would explain why you haven't received a response.

Seems there's a bug in the ticket system. I submitted a ticket last week, and never got a confirmation. I thought maybe it was me so I submitted another. I did copy that number down, but after reading this I suspect that I actually was answered the first time. So I went and put in my email to have the IDs sent to me, but no email came...
