Ticket

I placed an order last night 2-3-12 and was wanting Boge hr cartomizers in stainless finish and made the mistake of ordering the special that was running on stainless cartos so I sent a ticket in asking if I could change for the Boges, ticket was received on 2-3-12 and still waiting reply.

My mistake on ordering but what are the opinions of those that may have made a similar mistake, do others think I will have to reorder the correct items (Boge hr 510 cartomizers) ?

If you haven't got a confirmation that your package was sent yet, there's a good chance that MV will read your ticket and change the order. Unfortunately, it's the weekend and they may not see it until Monday. More than likely, they will catch it in time.

I just recieved an email saying order was being processed, then the reply from the ticket came in posted below,

Shortly after the ticket reply above, I got the email saying order is shipped, and the order showed the original items not the updated ones. I will know for sure when the package arrives and I open it up.

Hopefully I recieve an email showing the updated items, the quanities, and any price adjustments if they apply.
So far it looks like great customer service, thank you Paul M. from madvapes.

When they manually make the change, the order will still show the original invoice. Not to worry.

Just wanted to update for any interested, the package arrived today and the change I requested was made, I cant ask for anything more and that was above and beyond what madvapes had to do since the original order was my mistake. Really appreciate that and will be more careul on my end next time.
