haha... me too:confused:

the more i read ... lagi blur leh:laugh:

i can only say.. press on.. with the situation we are in, trying to improve our own health as well as our families by not giving them 2nd hand smoke. And still need to stay under the radar.. dodging here and there, digging and digging...

glad to report that my lungs are OK now.. no more tightness and my senses are getting better! Durian never tasted so good! LOL

Guys... today one of my friend offered me a analog.. and i took it, after lighting it up... WOW.. BAMPPPPP.. my head hurts and the analog taste like .....!!! LOL.. i actually had to spit out but still continue to suck it since i can't flash my rig in public.

I am quite a heavy smoke.. abt 30 sticks a day, black menthol... the lung seems to adapt well today, but i am getting very very dry so drinking more water than usual. I understand that this is because the vapour is partially coming out from you so you are losing water too..

I did the comparion from gorich, so i can confirm that it is legit.. 9mg seems to be too low for me as i tend to vape NON-STOP... LOL

dibrs... u should try PS menthol sensation.. start with 12 or 18mg.... since u smoke 30 stcik a day... than slowing cut down to 9 or 12mg.... i confirm u will love menthol sensation since u smoke black menthol...

HS or PS? If its PS what brand is that? Want to know because right now I'm using menthol crystal on my liquid which is good, but slightly troublesome.

Your body is adjusting to 0 nic that why you feel this. Best to start with 16 or 12mg, once your body adapted to the changes like only nic without all harmful toxics you reduced to 6mg and to 0mg

I started at 16mg, headache, chest tightness, dizziness, diarrhoea but last me a week. And by a month plus, I reduced to 12 and 9mg till now.

I do too, but not in the toilet.. It seems that quitting analogs has made an increase in anxiety when i'm surrounded by loads of ppl in the train. And i always wear a cap when i'm outside, somehow taking it off and not wearing it anymore lessen my anxiety attacks (I dont know why but it seems that way)..

I still cant refrain from analogues although everytime when I light them up I feel it's smelly and dirty and disgusting LOL. Especially when my friends smoke I will feel like joining in the fun.... But still, limit at 5 sticks max per day!

Haha...same, I can't resist the temptation of having an analog after waking up/before sleeping, doing the "big business", and after meals.

Used to take an analog once a hour (avg), now I'm spacing out to about an analog 2-3 hours...filling up the space with vaping. :)

Takes time for a weak-willed person like me, but I do hope to reduce down to nil in the future....

Still a good start, gradually you will not be analog user

Now whenever someone offer me a analog I turn them down politely saying I quit smoking , now I am a vaper

Most friends will understanding. If I stand beside them and they smoke I will vape but their analog smell bad. Once they smelled the MBV juices they asked me "wow" nice taste, smell good

They asked for a puff and next moment they choked on my MBV flavour they asked me how you vape? My reply is just like when u pick up smoking overtime is the same

When I first started, I too used analogs in the mornings and after Meals from analog user of 30 down to 9 and 5 and one day I decided to call a quit on analog and go fully on vaping.

Once I drop my ego at work, no more juices so pick up one analog and the analog stay in my mouth and throat whole day and making me want to puke from this day I call a stop to analog. Till date no more analog

Don't worry you will succeed

Today i reach my 34th day of non smoking. This is my second attempt at smoking. When i first started vaping i quit for a good few months and went back due to some ....ty reasons. I feel better than ever and while all my buddies smoke i'm the one now tolerating the smoke smell instead of enjoying it.

I realized in my second attempt, quitting got much much easier. I didn't have any withdrawal symptions. Not even a craving for a smoke for these 34 days. Which is surprising. The irony is that when i decided to quit cigs for good was when i was smoking my stick when the thought struck me and so i have my packet to my friend and my lighters now are used for my kanthal wires :D

Congrats~ Picking up vaping recently is also my 2nd attempt at quitting analogs. My 1st attempt was in 2006 with nicotine inhalers but that lasted only 5 days lol
Incidentally, I had a sneezing fit (which I never did) when an uncle who was smoking walked passed me. Guess that's probably part & parcel of quitting smoking?

Hope I'll be able to join you soon in meeting the 1 month mark :vapor:
