Sorry to hear that! I would recommend a PT to everyone that vapes. I personally have 3 of them (I'd have 4 but I used one to mod my PCC).
Even if you don't see any need for it, you just never know when it will come in handy!

You simply can't go wrong with a passthrough. I've had 3 PV's and 2 of them have had to go back for repair. It was Snus (pre-PT) and the PT that have got me through those times.
One could be built very cheaply (without an inline battery) and give you the 5V sweet spot for vaping. All you need is a battery connector the atty will screw into, housing, switch, USB cable, wire, glue, solder, and tools.
Now I have enough supplies to build a few passthroughs in case mine decides to go kaput, but I don't see that happening anytime soon.

If your looking into a passthrough I'd stay away from the cheap ones with the battery in line. They suck! Imo. Puresmoker passthrough is the only way to go. Built to last and works like a beast! The price has went up though I believe. But still worth it Imo.
I just got a JOYE510 PT from eSmokeyTreats. It has a battery that goes into a box in the middle of the cable. It's not working. I thought it drew power from my PC. Do I have to wait for the battery to charge? Is this going to happen every day?
On that same note, I also have the same Joyce 510 PT (with the battery in the box in the middle of the cable)........seems to be losing some power....does anyone know what kind or power of battery it is? It is just a blue battery no markings.......and if so, where would I get one???
You should check with your supplier, but I do believe some use 10440 e-cigar batteries.
DeBokey, I think I have my problem fixed. You might try it. I found that cleaning the battery and atomizer threads with a Qtip and alcohol, gave me a wonderful vape. Now, I know you said it is new, but you never know, you might try that.
I was at a loss for what was wrong. I took the battery out of the box...put it in my home charger which charges that e-cigar battery and the light stayed green (already fully charged) so I knew it wasn't the battery...........so then I thought it is in one of the connections........the cord itself or the battery thread or atomizer connection......after cleaning, it vapes very, very good.
