Timed Log Outs

I have read the how to about forum log outs , but i seem to be encountering a different issue. If i read a long thread or make a coffee i come back to find i have been logged out. Is there a time out limit of any kind or is this normal forum practice?

Click the "Keep me logged in" box when you sign on. Or, are you losing connection through your ISP?

Eureka ! I do not see a "keep me logged in box" but i do see a "remember me" box, i will remember to click that box on entering Doh !
