No, I am not talking about the plastic wrapper.... I mean the bottom part.. I have not tried a pair of pliers yet, I didn't want to scratch/dent it....The tip comes off easily enough...but the bottom won't budge...either the tank part or the metal screw part on the end... I am not sure what part to use more pressure on......

Had the very same problem - they are screwed on TIGHT - And as for the "Drip Tip" I cannot remove that either . . . I found that the only way for "Me" to get the bottom off was to use pliers and a paper towel to avoid "scatching" . . . Very carefully and on the very bottom (where the groves are) . . . I'm hoping that once it is filled and put together - the seal will still be tight enough so that there is no leaking . . . ;)

BTW: Mine was shipped with nothing else - just in cellophane wrapper - So anyone know what heads can be used for these . . .

I can't get mine off either, LOL
I am going to try with a towel over the bottom with pliers.
I am with Uncle, what kind of coil heads does it use?

I went to the site and saw the replacement heads.. they are not quite like the regular Vivi Nova.. they have a little pin on the top.... I was wondering the same thing too... I do have a mini Vivi and I like it sometimes... and some spare heads(I need that) and I was thinking that i could use the pin from this one... I don't know yet... since I couldn't get it open....

Got my mystery prize today!! Thank you Starangela and TimeEast!!:) I had no issue with mine...the bottom unscrewed fine as did the drip tip. The little "pin" liblue mentions is the same setup as on a CE4 Stardust.....the coil is a V3 replacement head...just FYI all...:)

The coil head like a pin in our site is suitable for this vivi nova,we have tried it. it also fit your Vision ego clearomizer V3.
