I've been looking to find some tips for these. Im getting tired of the taste of rubber.. Sometime ill push them in and cut the tip off flush at the top if the tub..
But I would prefer to use a tip.. I've waited months for the shorty black 510/901..

Does anyone know of any tips that'll fit? None metal cause metal sucks lol

THANKS

I make mine out of sculpey, they are hard to find, and when u do find them they only come in black and silver that I have seen.
If u get desperate, pm me and I will make one for u

Where in Indiana u from, I am a Hoosier as well :)

I also would love some more info on how you make your drip tips out of sculpey? How do you glaze them, if you do?Any pics? I wanna try it myself ! Awesome idea!

I don't know how to post pics on my iPad sorry, :( but there are a couple threads here just type sculpey in the search bar and it should give u more than enough info. I don't glaze mine, I had polish them. They feel so much better than metal or plastic! :)
the other thing u can do if u have the tips that are flat, whistle type, is wiggle a reg 510 tip into the top, it really works good, no air issues, but again I prefer the sculpey, just cause I have more control.
I live in Peru, bout 25 minutes from Kokomo.

Get the free app tapatalk and go to advanced options at the bottom and add photo from your iPad photos. It's easy once you get the app. It's free! Also how are you polishing the tip? I'll look up the other threads, sorry for all ?'s :)

Yeah I was talking about the big mega dc cartos. Not the little sumptuous normal size carts.. ;)

madvapes sells an adapter for regular drip tips to fit in these. Here you go.

510 Drip Tip Adapter for eGo Mega Dual Coil Cartomizer

they also sell full size replacement drip tips for a couple bucks but they've been out of stock. The giant rubber tips that come with them have massive condensation problems and really effect the taste.

I have tried a couple different polishes, but I find I like them polished by hand the best. I use sandpaper, then steel wool, then t shirt to bring out the shine. I have also used a butchers block conditioner since it was safe to use with food. Some ppl recommend plastx by mequires, used for cars, and tho that will make them really shiny, I am not sure it's safe to use, ymmv.
I have tap talk, I will ck out the pic thing and see what I can do.

MV sells tips in black and silver. Also sells adapters that go in so that 510 tips will fit. I have found that the drip tips for eGo XL cylinder style atties work just fine. eGo cone XL atty drip tips fit the 3.5mL cartos and 801 tips fit the 2.5mL cartos. Hope this helps.
