Talking about the durability of the soft touch titans started me thinking about their colours. I've got all colours, except white & yellow. The only one I'm disappointed with is the platinum, which is a matte blue/gray.
I particularly like the effect of the saphire & red, I'd like to see the shiny effect applied to other colours too. A Tiger-eye effect would be great - with a two-tone brown effect.

I'd like to see some new colours. Tangerine, or a burnt orange - very fashionable at the moment. What colour/s would you like to see?

This is just for fun, no-one's saying V4L are considering more colours at the moment, but it might plant the seed ...

I actually love the so-called Platinum, because it really IS a lovely shade of grey. :D

The only color I'd like to see is a velvety true gold (like the latest ash-caps gold, NOT the chartreuse greeny-"gold" that the OVKs come in). I'd like to see the OVKs in that true gold, too. :D

I guess I'm a bit of a traditionalist, not a fashionista!

Well, I never thought of myself as a fashionista either, Eleanor. For a long time I was very happy with my matte black OVKs with green LEDs, all the same, with black or gold cartos.
Having gone into tanks and getting the soft-touch titans, I have blossomed into colours - most uncharacteristic of me.
And yes, I do consider my outfit when choosing which batteries to take if I go out. The outfit will still be predominantly black, however there will often be some touches of colour with which to co-oordinate. I still have a black soft-touch to co-ordinate with my mood...

Bham ..if someone asks me because they are interested smoker thats cool and I will answer but its more about sometimes getting nervous in the cities because in a year and a half i've only seen like 2 people vaping in my neck of cali .
Redwood city is like a mini San Fran and officers look at everyone like a criminal unless you're dressed for business ....i can just hear it now if they see the tank with liquid in it and the ego .....positive they don't know about ecigs .Asked a couple officers about the stick battery...no idea .
Hard to explain but there's really no good or bad area ..its all mixed in like in SF.San Jose is really east west north and south and You just know where you dont belong lol .

Waylon,

I know the feeling. I am still living in suburb I grew up in and let's just say, I'm on a first name basis with the sergeant. I was at our Summer Fest and a cop (one of my regulars) asked me:

"Hey Brandon! Come here! What is that?"

He didn't look too happy. I had to explain to him that, "yes, this is legal, it's an ecig. [Hand him my card]"

After we talked for 10 mins he "let me go" and told me he'd have to look into it but I should get something more incognito "when you take that 'thing' outside".

It was kinda funny :)

Last night I ducked out for a puff at intermission at a school competition show, I was out first but then 'smokers' joined me. It took a while for me to realise they were all checking out my XLcigar titan with 3.5ml tank. I normally don't stand that close to the smokers, and I hadn't thought about being inconspicuous. E-cigs aren't at all common here, so I had to explain it to everyone. Darned tanks make them so obviously different

Another idea - opalescent: milky white with pastel irredescent flashes. Mmmmm.

I would love light blue, pale pink, and I absolutely adore the color of the Pina Colada cartos, so one that color too! I know, these are all girly colors, but I'm a girl, so... :) As for that "gray" soft touch batt, its not the prettiest for sure, but the one I got is the strongest, best smoking batt I have! I find myself using it constantly here at my desk. I'm so fearful of when it dies one day, as I know a replacement just wont be the same!

I'm still waiting for someone to invent a little chip that can be placed on top of/under the battery in an APV (sorta like the 'kick', but with different functionality) that contains one of those 'lost my keys' circuits so you can whistle or clap or whatever and have it beep a little sonar ping in response till you find it.

Or even the new GPS transponder stuff! That would be ideal! Circuits are still huge except for James Bond level stuff though...

I completely agree. I was talking it up with some coworkers about that idea but we laughed it off because "who needs a GPS finder for their batt?". But it wouldn't be a bad idea because I lost a batt at work today and can't find it (no big deal obviously) but I'd love that feature. Maybe for bigger mods?

True, i wouldn't put it on my Titan. I do have a >$150 mod that I wouldn't mind having it on though!
