I don't think I ever got too excited. I just commented on the customer service at this point in the junction. I'll also comment when I receive them. If they got the order right after the problems we had I will be very happy. At that point I will be excited. If not we'll go from there. I'm documenting not jumping up and down.
uuummm... i was NOT referring to YOU specifically!

it was a general comment in regards to all the excitement in this thread.

That's just a sales tactic bud. Di is there rep. She's just selling PVs. I also noticed from your thread your making some new mistakes, or maybe didn't research real well before buying a mod. I'll jump in over there and try to help you out. No reason to jump to slamming them.
and my new mistakes would be????
if you had actually read my opening thread, i did make it clear TWICE that i did not want to SLAM anyone!

This must be a nightmare. All these orders coming in, and the website messes up on you. Every single customer having to email to get it right. I don't envy you guys right now. You were great to work with me to get it fixed though. Thanks a bunch.

One question. I thought the 6 volt extension sleeve came with a high voltage atty. Did you guys stop doing that? I couldn't find it on the site. Or maybe I just imagined it.

yes, it is hell on wheels right now, --

Fast and Furious ------:shock::shock:

and yes, with the site probs it makes it more difficult-

thank goodness we have such great customers, who are
patient and understanding of these problems we have right now -

we thank you all for your kindness and understanding -----:)

No sorry -- was never a HV atty included with the 6V extended batty cup...........
this is discription of extended battery cup on shop -----

The Indulgence EXTENDED CUP with 2x 16340 (CR123A) 3v protected 880mah batteries (used together) so you can enjoy the high performance of 6v with Specially Designed EM5-HV, EM8-HV & EM9-HV 4.5 OHM High Volt Atomisers (*sold separately).

i was referring to the product, not the company/staff.

Yes, I agree, when first released the product left a bit to be desired, it had a few problems, but never once did we turn away from them, we replaced every single one that had been purchased, and sometimes 3 and 4 times --
till every single customer said they were satisfied.
and never once did we ask for anyone to return any product.

Yes, it cost us loads, but it was our fault for being too anxious to release the product-

but there have been more improvements and several upgrades,
and now I think the product is pretty damned good.

I think it is the best optioned PV --
and best value for money PV out there.

it still has one or two detractors, -- yes,

but it has way, way, many more supporters now,
including a couple of the most respected reviewers on ecf -:)

and many on other world forums as well..... :)

Just so I'm 100% certain before I place my order, this batch of titanium has the new-style cap with the atty connector inserts that protrude from the device, correct? If so, has the glue-plug problem on the 901 connector been solved, or will we have to clear the hole ourselves? I just want to be sure these will work with my cartomizers before I place my order.

EDIT: Another question - Is there any difference between the 3.7V extended cup and the 6V extended cup, other than the batteries they come with? They're both listed as 73x23.5mm. I just want to know if I get the 3.7V 18650 cup if I could also use it for 6V if I get some 3V CR123a batteries as well.

they said the new 901 adapters are now fixed, and the 6v cup i have is longer then the 3.7 extended cup.

I was informed that the adapter is now fixed on the new batch runs.

and yes the 6V battery cup is longer than the 3.7V battery cup

it is purposely so, so as to accommodate the 2 x 3V batteries with protection built in

this makes them slightly longer and therefore the cup is also slightly so to accommodate them.
