Drew - Actual KFL/KFL+ or clone? What type of build are you doing? And I'll give you my address to prevent kayfun abuse. 
Drewbie doo, what material are you using for a wick? I have completely switched over to cotton on everything and it makes setting up the kayfun a breeze. If you need any help, shoot me a pm bro. Beautiful tips as always Brett, hello everyone else, and see you Sunday Slaught.

Just a standard build, nothing fancy. I just always end up wrapping the wires around the silica backwards & can never get them facing the right ways to easily be screwed down. It's no fault of the KFL+, it's just me not dedicating the time to sit down and go through a bunch of wick and wire practicing. I just hate wasting material. Even though I never use it. 
Does silica have a break in period, flavor wise? Perhaps I'm just to impatient. It's 3mm silica. It's wicking fine, it's just that the flavor isn't there. In a menthol/mint juice.
I can't seem to find any local stores that carry organic cotton. I've checked two Walgreens & a Wal-Mart with no luck. I'm just being lazy and not ordering any online.

Yep, walgreens for me as well. If the flavor is muted, maybe you have the kanthal too tight around the silica, at least that's what I used to see in my builds.

No sir, not that I'm aware of. But if you're wanting to try some of their stuff I'd be more than happy to mail you some. I assume you're wanting to try some of their 510's for use in the BB? If so I can send you a 5 pack of them and let you have a go with 'em. I have some of their slotted ones. The slots are a bit high to get full use out of all the liquid in the BB's tank. I've been considering punching an extra hole a little lower in the tank and seeing how that fairs. Might cause flooding, I'm unsure.
Yeah I've switched over to nothing but 28 gauge kanthal micro coils with organic cotton myself for my Russian 91% and what I had on my KFL+. Going to grab some peaches and cream yarn to boil and give a shot but for now organic cotton balls from Walgreens for the win.

I was wondering if there is a way to custom order a tip. I'm looking for one that is Black and gold or and has an extra long stem at least 3/8 inch long with two o rings. I stumbled on your work last night and have been going crazy over it. I have a Scuba and Diver set up on my provari and need a longer than usual drip tip stem to make it secure.
