Does anyone know if there is a retailer that sells BBM? I've tried to keep up with his posting but lately he has been way too sporadic with dates and times you cant really rely on them.

I'm trying to find a few more of the shorty bulb design - that's really the only style I'm interested in :)

make a Custom order, he will make that design for you. You might have to wait for it a little but he will do it in the color, shape, etc for you.

Any idea when my driptip is coming. My order number is 2219, placed 05/29/2014. I sent you several emails and the last reply back from you was 6/24/14 and it stated, "should ship soon." You stated it should take about 3 weeks for a custom tip and it's been 7 weeks now. If you can't process the order, please refund me the money. I've been very patient and I completely understand it takes some time for you to get blanks and some more time to create the drip tip, but 7 weeks is really pushing it.

I CLEARLY WOULD NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS VENDOR AGAIN AND I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE. SURE IT'S A GREAT PRODUCT, BUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SUB-PAR.

WOW, 7 weeks and still nothing? Not even shipped? I would ask for a refund, and go with something else. I can sign a mortgage in less than that

I had the same issue with him but mine were not custom tips. They were tips he put up for sale one night. I bought 3 - one of them he stated was a "special" release tip. The "patriot". When a week went by I sent an email for the tracking...a few days later he emailed the tracking and had just electronically filed on stamps.com but had not sent to the post office. He would not return any of my emails or attempts on Facebook to reach him. Finally got my tips 3 weeks later....
BMW, I found were Brett said 48 hours to ship or they are free....I want my 140.00 back Brett.
Such a disappointment because I like the tips. Brett is just not reliable or trustworthy enough for me to recommend or continue to support.

If you have a custom tip order they will ship this week. Customs are made when we have time as releases for the website and retail are priority. This information is clearly on the website.


The releases went quick and will ship tomorrow. I need to try and spend some more time here to help anyone that has issues

Remember if you have a custom order it will ship by Monday at the latest as we are almost through all of them. If you ordered a website release and have not received it, then email me at bullboxmods@gmail.com


Out tips take time and they are the best, so I won't apologize for then taking a long time. The quality speaks for itself and for the time invested in each tip, we sell them for a fantastic deal

Besides customs the only tips that have not shipped are tips from last nights sale. These tips will be off tomorrow. I think a few people need to check what they ordered before complaining. I personally make all customs so emails will go out as these ship :). I think a few people have some idea that these come off some assembly line. Haha

Just going to start updating here as well as in my newsletters. I have just about half of the customs finished. Going to spend the next day or two finishing them all. If you have a custom order it will go out within the next few days.
I have also decided to put together a few videos to put on the site that will show what goes into making each tip, I think it's important for people understand what goes into making one of these tips, especially for the price. I would love to get some feedback to we if anyone would be interested in seeing this.
I have a smaller batch of bullies that will go up tonight as well! Have a great Tuesday bullies!

My custom tips have been made within a week of ordering which is great & much quicker than I expected, thank you. Just a quick question due to my ignorance of US postal tracking : It says "Electronic Shipping info received" on 20 July, and then no more. Does that mean the package is in transit (I'm more used to there being a separate entry for that but I did receive an email saying it had been shipped on the 19th) or does it mean it hasn't been collected by the postal service or dispatched via them yet? Maybe they will be in the batch going out in the next few days? Thanks to anybody who can enlighten me

Fantellie. That means I'm still working on it BUT I only have around 10 more to finish. I am moving as quickly as possible without rushing too much. Once I finish them all I may shut down the customs for awhile...

New tips did go up last night and there are still a few left. Remember bullies, nightly releases usually go out within 48 hours. I appreciate all over your support so much. I means the world to me to have such a great group of supporters!!!

Still absolutely no status updates on order number 2273, placed June 9th, 2014. No shipping updates, and I haven't received my package.

I've sent you multiple emails in regards to this. If you're still working on the tip, again Order#2273, or haven't started it yet, I completely understand.

However, this is the second or third time I've been told that ALL customs were going out, only to have that week pass with still no signs of movement.

As I mentioned, I placed the order June 9th, and can't help but feel a bit disappointed. I understand you are working as quickly as you can without rushing, but I can't help but wonder if perhaps other customers, who may have placed custom orders after me, have gotten their orders before me.

You are the artist, however, and I can understand what sort of delays you may be facing, but I would like a little more feedback besides, "look for tracking movement, all customs are going out."

You did mention that mine was LITERALLY the next one to be made, so again, if you're in the process of making it still, or if it has shipped and the number simply hasn't updated yet, then I can completely understand.

This is my first tip from you, and I'm really hoping to order more in the future, but it really does all hinge on this one order.

Hey brett.. I placed an order on the 1st of july and electronic shipping information has been given on the 8th but theres still been nothing. I've emailed you as well but haven't gotten a reply other than, "custom orders should ship out this week" and nothing else. I understand that it takes a lot of time to create the tips due to the intricate things you need to do, but still I think that a little more information would make me and perhaps some of the other custom order customers feel a little more secure if there were a little more information given out on a regular basis.

(sorry if this doesnt make sense, just woke up to check on the status of the tip)
