The past two weeks I have spent 15+ hours in the shop. To make things tougher, I have not had as much help as I usually do with things lately. But I am screaming through retailer orders, which is great, more time to work on other projects when I am done. When I come in for the shop at night (or early morning) I truly feel good about what I am doing still and that is all that is important.
Silver...I am sending the remainder of the fixes I have back over this coming week. So expect an email soon.
I find this very confusing.
I paid over $100 for custom drip tips on 11 July (site said they take up to 8 days). They haven't been made yet. I have been patient as night after night the non-custom driptips are being made & sold. I don't understand why time is not being spent on items that have already been paid for?
I am very patient so I simply emailed for an update & was told I would have photos & dispatch of my tips by last Tuesday at the latest. I haven't had either.
What has made me less patient now is that (on my phone at least) the photos of this latest batch seem to include one that looks exactly like one of the custom ones I ordered and paid for.
$100 is a lot of money and I don't feel at all reassured that I will be getting anything at all for it.
If you cannot produce the items that have already been paid for, how can I recommend to others that they make new orders from you - as you seem to be requesting?
I have tried email, as preferred by you, it didn't get me anywhere. I am posting here in the hopes it gets me my tips.
