TM 24 Pro Eclipse cap PTCG?

Every review I've seen about the eclipse cap for the TM24 pro has been positive. Does anyone here have any other experiences? But my main questions is that it comes in three styles: two ultem and the other pctg. I like the look of the pctg clear (clouded) but cannot find much information about what pctg is. How is this different from ultem?
