Ok ladies.....I can't be the only one out there with this problem lmfao

I been at this for a year now...smoke free for 6 months....noticing a pattern

when it's that time of month when mother nature comes a knocking

I just can not seem to vape enough to get my nic cravings under control....

I've been vaping around 12 - 16 mg nic lately...started vaping at over 36mg, and then leveled at 24 mg and am now trying to slowly lower it down the past 2 months or so to around 12mg with the occasional 24 mg...but seems like that one to two weeks a month lately have been horrid nic cravings.....so advice needed....even upping my nic back to 24 to 36 and trying to chain vape (when not at work) still on edge....

no but I just might have to...been hearing a lot lately about wta....is it just nic or is it tobacco flavored? I know it's kinda silly...but when I started vaping I made a choice not to vape tobacco flavorings and til now have stayed away....

well nicotine is not the only chemical in tobacco that gives you a buzz, WTA e liquid is pretty much all of the chemicals in tobacco that produce the mind altering effects, not just nicotine.

Ok - full disclosure, I'm a guy, and don't have that particular issue.

However, I have been reading a lot of threads where people mention lowering their nic intake, and I'm always like 'wow, that was a fast drop'.

Before vaping, I had quit successfully twice. By success, I mean more tha six months nic free before a relapse.

Both of those times, the key to success was becoming thoroughly accustomed to the new lower nic intake being all I get. Once I was able to wear a 14 mg patch for long enough that I was able to lose track of when I last felt dissatisfied by it, then I could drop to the next one down.

So far, I've tried to take the same approach with vaping. At first it was 24 mg or bust. After several months, I couldn't remember when I last felt tempted to go have a death stick instead. That was my cue that I could safely try 18. Over a year I've dropped from 24 to 12. At 12 I've been vaguely dissatisfied almost daily, and have been vaping at 12 for four months.

The point to this whole big rambling story is that being in a hurry to drop the nic can be counterproductive. If your current level really doesn't do it, go back a bit higher for a little while. If it's only a problem during certain trying times, keep a small supply of higher nic juice on hand for those times.

At the end of the day, you've already made the switch to vaping, so if it takes another few years to completely eliminate the nic, you're still coming out on top!

the setup sounds like it makes a decent amount of vapor, and the your nic level is about top of the mark. so i would say try some WTA e liquid. GrimmGreen has a good video on youtube about the whole tobacco alkaloid e liquids.
