To everyone who order juice from HHV. I emailed them asking "not in a angry or rude way" if they got my order an why they are taking so long. Cause I usually get orders from other vendors in like 2-4 days. But this is what they said...





















Hope this helps everyone who order from them an was wondering what was going on. An my order says "complete an its been over a week".

Thanks for that... I got 22 bottles coming too, and my order has said "completed" for some time also. As of yet I have recieved no shipping info, but my CC has been charged....Im not woried about it though, Im sure they got absolutely SLAMED with a sale like that....itll get here when it gets here, as long as thats on Monday its ok! (j/k about the Monday thing) within the next week and Im ok with that.

I got the same email. This happened when they first opened and ran the same sale. Sit tight...they will arrive.

I never got the email. I had to email them after a week of twirling my thumbs thinking whats going on. That's how I got this email. I'm not going to lie... I was kinda worried I was going to be scammed until I came here an seen how many people order from them too.

I got my whole order on Friday. I ordered very early because I'm on their email list. My juice is fantastic. You guys just need to calm down a little. Don't you think the paying $0.39 for 5mls is worth a couple of days? Don't you think that they are trying hard to get the hundreds of orders they got out to people? Each one is hand made. If you think about it a week or two is not a long time to wait for an order that is hand made for you. They are an honest and good company. You will get everything you ordered it may just take some time as they are swamped. Every email you send asking where your juice is, is time they have to take away from making juice and sending orders. Your juice will be worth the wait and your patience.

Calm down a little???.... no one on this thread had been complaining a bit!.... just some folks are curious as to the status of their order.

They were just unprepared for their sale. I imagine after shooting off fireworks they took a look at their orders and said "holy sh** how are we going to fill all these orders"

Same here--ordered from HV last Sat. or Sun.
Nothing to confirm order was recieved by them yet.
Tried to check order on HV's site , but found no place to check on orders after login.
Have ordered before with no problems .
Knew the sale would have them swamped.
Sent them a mail on friday and no reply as of today. (closed weekends??)
Will wait and see :)

But did you get a confirmation or shipping email before you got your order?
