I got the mass email that most of you probably got on July 7th explaining why they were behind and how to interpret their pending/processing/completed status. Since I knew they must have got slammed on that sale, I sent a short email back to say thanks for the update and I wasn't worried if it took the extra time. I unexpectedly received a response the next day from Andrea w/ Honeyville Vapor thanking me for my patience and apologizing again for the delay. I thought that was pretty good of her to reiterate the apology and express her thanks. I think I for one am going to sit back and not worry about it. For only .39 / bottle, when it gets here, it gets here.
