I say debridge!

The biggest improvement is really with flavor switching, it takes less time, and then there is one less thing to get gunked up and mess up things.

The bridge / wick doesn't serve much of a purpose - it was meant for the use of carts to prevent the filler touching the coil, and to wick the liquid from the cart.

I don't think you can debridge without de-wicking - the wick is really just floating around after you removed the bridge.

I also don't think you can ever remove the wick inside the coil without ruining it, so I'd just leave it be if that was what you were considering. but I'm no expert...

Good luck, and make sure you meter the atty somehow after you're done just in case your procedure caused a short...

I have been direct dripping for well over 2 years. Debridged a few attys, but found they work better if left intact.. The bridge has mesh material that holds juice..... IMO do not debridge.
