This is just for Mark or Steve, I do not want anyone else posting in here.

Ok so guys here is my problem, I ordered some wowboy 4 bottles to be exact, and 1 of the usual smilin. I got a call friday or saturday saying it is not in stock. So I tried to call back but you were closed. So what I did was I emailed CS with my order number, and 2 days with no response. I know what you guy's are going thru and now with the sale and everything, so I decided to PM Mark, and I did not get a response, I was wondering when WOWboy comes in if you can just ship it to me? I wouldn't mind just waiting but the fact I can not get a hold of anyone i am kinda disappointed. My order number is #59714. Please write back or pm me.

KK, Someone called you on Friday, I'm not really sure who it was. I am going to find out Monday morning what is going on, and I will let you know. As soon as I have info, I'll let you know.

Thank you Mark, I do understand with all the chaos of losing Val and Ryan and the huge sale, but if they said they weren't going to ship it and just hold off till you get it in, I would not have a problem at all. I am very easy going and I hate to bring personal info onto the board, So I am going to write this here and pm you, just so I know you got it, I am really sorry that I am bugging you guys. I hate to disturb you guys.

Sorry to post here, but I think it's better than having so many threads called 'to Mark or Steve'; let me know if a new thread is really necessary. I finally got my priority-mail order that I expected to get in 6 days or less, and I was sent Wowboy when I ordered Wowbacco. The printout even has a checkmark to the right side of where it says 'Wowbacco...'.

I understand there is no warranty with V4L juice, but is there anything that could or should be done? What is the customer service email address if I should send an email about it?

On Vapor4Life's website, in the left-hand column - see where it says "contact us" ? Generally when contacting a company, clicking on the link that says "contact" or "contact us" or "how to reach us" or even "about us" is a good plan. Those contain high-densities of the word that you're looking for.

Clicking on "contact us" we see an email address:

Email Us: customer_service@vapor4life.com

If I were wanting to email customer service, I'd probably start with the address labeled "customer_service". It's not a bad guess since, again, it contains a very high density of those words...

I now also found out that my WOW Vanilla is wrong, it seems to be raspberry or something. The label on this one says vanilla, but the juice is red, and far from vanilla.

my vanilla looks pretty red but it is correct... heres an image to compare

My Wow Vanilla is the same color as yours.
With the Wow, the flavors have changed a bit from the original formulas. I do notice a slight fruity and minty aroma/flavor to the Wow Vanilla. Some like it, some do not. Based on that, I do think what you have in that bottle is V4L's Wow Vanilla juice.

Incorrect product is not the same as warranty. I don't speak for V4L but I would imagine an incorrect product will get corrected by going through channels, like the aforementioned CS E-Mail. We all make mistakes.

Leeshor is right. Contact V4L CS regarding the Wowboy/Wowbacco mix up. That's how I ended up with the Wow Vanilla. They shipped me Wownilla instead of Wowboy. A quick email to V4L and I got my correct flavor.

I ordered 2 bottles of the vanilla thinking that it would just be vanilla flavored. Well there's some other flavors going on with it too. some I cant even put my finger on.

Ok, well a CS communication link has been established, I hope the Wowbacco can at least be fixed.

I didn't know, but I guess the vanilla really could be vanilla. I thought it may be raspberry, since it was so red, and raspberry was a recent addition to the flavors, but now at the end of the day, I do appear to be thinking that it could be vanilla. How strange. My sense of taste is seemingly so gullible and out of control at this moment :).

The vapor production really is fantastic, tho, isn't it! IT"S AWESOME!

:unsure: It does have a raspberry or fruit mixed up in it! When I emailed customer service, I asked if they would please look into it.

I never did order the premium vanilla before the invention of Wow, so I have no idea what their established sensory definition of vanilla is.

Has anyone who bought Wow vanilla ever tried the old premium vanilla? Do they taste the same? Has anyone ordered the raspberry razzwow? Does it taste like vanilla by any chance :unsure:?
