there's either 146 new members who I've never met or 146 old members who've just been making nice all this time.

uh... hope you feel better.

on a side note, I wouldn't expect the number of replies to ever match the view count. basically never happens (especially on a thread addressed to V4L's owner, regarding an order issue) just tossing that out there! plenty of caring people around here

I sent you a pm, with my number, you sent me so many threatening pm's, and then apologized....it is strange. We have and will continue to work on making you happy. Weird thing is you bought 1 kit, and we have replaced many more batteries, as well as bending over backwards to make you happy. Please, make sure you take your meds, prior to calling me tomorrow. I just noticed your post Steve. If you'd like to clarify for all to read how I threatened you when I placed a good faith order after a long series of juice, batt and packing problems, that would be far more helpful than the insulting 1/2 of your post.

I will describe, in detail, the ongoing issues whether I have medical advise for consuming a prescription that has knocked me out to treat a severe physical illness or don't.

I hope you will be able to call me at your convenience. That is not a threat.

I apologized for initially putting a time limit on when I felt this could be resolved by, excluding you from that, out of frustration.

thanks in advance for your understanding over a possible misunderstanding and yet to be determined loss of purchased merchandise due to manufacturer error.
