Definitely use ONLY 0 nic if you really want to do this. And don't do it in addition to the cigars. vaping is almost certainly safer than cigars, but not 100% without risk.

I second the opinion that Blu is worthless for you, as are most drugstore type e-cigs. I've never seen a widely liked e-cigar either. Ditto to the poster who recommended the 510 Joytech "stick" type starter kit. They got me off a serious cig habit and did the job temporarily before I upgraded. They should be fine for a light, occasional cigar smoker like you.

You might have a bit of a nic addiction now from the cigars, but still don't vape nic. You will almost certainly vape more than you smoke the cigars. Get a can of low nic Snus if you find a 0 nic e-cig leaves you with craving. Then wean yourself off the Snus.

To those who say nic is more addicting than that evil stuff that can't be mentioned here, they are 100% correct. I'm not proud to admit it, but for your sake I will admit that in my stupid youth I tried (sometimes more than once or twice) nearly every drug in the book, plus more than my share of alcohol. The only one I didn't instantly and painlessly walk away from was nicotine, and it cost me 35 years of a 2-3PAD habit.

If you must do this, replace your cigars, don't add to them. And use only 0 nic. jice, ever.

Not sure that nicotine is anywhere near as *(edit) habit forming* (I hate the word addictive, it is so overused and misused that it has lost any small amount of meaning it once may have had) as other substances that won't be mentioned. Studies have been done that seem to indicate that it may be the case with full burned tobacco, but as far as I am aware no such study has been done with pure nicotine, sans maoi. Nicotine itself is habit forming and can have noticeable withdrawal symptoms, which puts it up there in some ways, but it has yet to be established if the more notable withdrawal symptoms that are coupled with smoking cessation. Not that I am advocating the onset of new substance use. I just like scare tactics to be accurate.

Well I was a pack a day for ten years. Then quit for five, completely. The odd cigarette while drunk was nasty, so I never had a relapse issue.

My problem is with cigars. Started out as a trip to Cuba and brought back a tonne for the old man. Then discovered the cuban mini's, which are about the size of a cig, a little longer burn. Delicious I tell you, like a piece of chocolate is to my wife.

Started out having the occasional one here and there, then found a cigar store nearby where they could be had cheaply.

Before I knew it I was smoking 5-8 of them a day, and believe me there is nicotine in them, oh yeah. Cigarette habits returned full blown, just with a different delivery method.

I bought an ego-c kit a week ago and only have one cigar in the morning. Im vaping 12mg nic juice, and a 0 nic juice, and have plowed through 15ML in a week. I love it. Its great. I got the Camel flavour juice for a strong throat hit and it provides that nicely.

I always loved that sensation of inhaling something. This vape is the way to go for me.
