Tobacco Absolute..need help and ideas

I purchased TA (1/2 oz) from DIY. I have no 1/32 measuring spoon available at this moment and am wandering how to get a CONSTANT measure of TA to PG mix?? I have a scale to weigh/measure salts, sweetners, etc. BUT I can't use it with this. This stuff is like tar..hate to say it most peaple don't like the smell but it reminds me of years ago when I smoked...I think it is that special touch I have been missing!!!!
I have read about individuals using 2 dropsTA to 15ml PG mix and 1ml EM....how are you getting a drop of this??
Also is the EM a 10% mixture??? And last is the 1ml EM added to the 15ml for a totol of 16ml completed product?? I am a person who likes consistancy in my DIY mixes. Please help

I will generally mix it 1ml TA to 9 ml pga/pg you can add 1 or 2 drops EM but I would not recommend more then that. Use that at 3 - 4% in your tobacco mixes mixes. EM if bought premixed is a 10% solution.

Thank you...do you warm the TA first than use blunt needle/syrnge to extract the TA for you mix????? Afterwards throw the syringe out...ha ha!!! Thanks again.

Yes, you must warm it. I let it sit in my crock awhile till it liquifies enough to work with it. It wont harm it at all. Use a dropper or pipette. Pipette is easier cause you can just toss it after.

Edit, being more specific... I zip my vial of absolute in a ziploc bag, fill the crock up with hot water (since i use it for steeping anyways) and then let the bag float on top till the absolute is workable. It could be heated more but it works for me.

Thanks ..good short and solid advise. I've been DIYing for 2 yrs now and just never gave TA a go in my recipes. As a 36 year heavy ex-smoker I love my DIY mixes and maybe TA will give me that note I've always missed. Thanks Buffaloguy and ECIG FORUM for a wealth of infomative tips.

Forum readers--this is a reply to the advise given by Dannyv45 and Buffaloguy for anyone going to try the TOBACCO ABSOLUTE (TA). The advise is spot on the mark, just do as described and you will not go wrong. I gave it a go at 3% ADDED into a premixed favorite 3 tobacco blend and gave it an immediate vape. WOW...it can only get better after a 48 to 72 hour melding time. I can't wait to play with the %'s from a background note to a kick for my pipe/cigar recipes. A very nice addition to my DIY locker.
