Which one is darker? This is what I suspected. Not sure why they told me they were the same!
Going to look now at them i have several bottles of both.

Edit: i looked at several new just opened bottles of each and could not see a color difference even under a light, i then put several drops of each on a white piece of paper and tilted paper to let the drops run and no color difference.
If you smell the bottles individually the TE/RY4 has more of what i smell as a fruity type smell to it where as the
TE/Ruyan RY4 does not.

vaping them also there is a noticeable difference as the Ruyan RY4 is better and my everyday vape.

As a note i was the one that called today and talked to the Lady explaining the concerns .

Hopefully you can always keep them labeled as in past .
Waiting to hear your thoughts please . ; )

We are now waiting on the manufacturer explanation. the last time we ordered from them they told us that Ry4 and Ruyan4 was the same product, but now we find out that they are different!

We will look through our records and find out, and add the Ruyan4 back to the site. If you were sent something that you did not order, we'll make sure to fix. I should have the answers within a few days I hope!

Thanks. I think we've figured it out. We will update the site with Ruyan4 soon! I do appreciate the offer to send that to us. That is very kind of you!

Thanks for looking into it Linnx .
My order from 12/29/12 was just fine.
If by chance you need to discern what you have on hand i can easily send you 1 unused bottle of each to get the idea of what they smell like if your unsure of current stock. Just would like them eventually sent back. ; )

Ok I spoke to the manufacturer again and cleared up the confusion.

Ry4 = Ruyan4
Ry4 does NOT equal Ruyan

So Ruyan and Ruyan4 are different.

It might have been that I misunderstood them when they initially explained it, or they omitted a digit. But now we should have it under wraps :)

So Ry4 and Ruyan are different.

I'll re-add Ruyan to the website later.

Thats great Linnx and shows you care what you present to the customers.
Look forward to your update. ; )

Yes, good idea. We will do that when our upgraded site goes live.

Linnx when you put the Tobacco Express Ruyan RY4 back on the site would you consider offering it in larger amounts such as the 30ml
bottle ?
If not i understand as i may be in the minority buying larger quantity.
Thanks.

Ruyan is not the same as Ry4

So Ruyan is Ruyan
Ry4 is Ry4

The confusion was that Ruyan 4 is the same as Ry4. But Ruyan is not the same as Ry4.

It's confusing. I hope that makes sense.

Just for clarification - Is the " Ruyan" (Model: TOB-TE-RUYAN) now listed on the website the same product as what was previously named "Ruyan RY4"?

Thank you for the reply. I made an error when I asked the question. What I meant to ask is the product now listed as Ruyan the same as the old Ruyan4 (not Ruyan RY4).

The confusion is my fault. I just wanted to make sure I was ordering what was recommended to me.

Ruyan is not the same as Ruyan4.

It is confusing but its not your fault! There was a misunderstanding somewhere between us and the manufacturer.

Here is an older order of mine as listed on website More and Linnx and hope this helps .
2 ea. Tobacco Express RY4 10ml
3 ea. Tobacco Express Ruyan4 10ml

Then i no longer saw Ruyan4 listed on website and i started this thread and Linnx got it straightened out.

When Linnx re added Tobacco Express Ruyan4 to his website seems he did not add the " 4 " after Ruyan like it was in my older order above. ; )
