My friend has high blood pressure and I'd like to get her some 'sample' juices for her 510. I've tried mixing them myself using unflavored 36mg and cutting with PG and adding cinnamon or mint, but she just went right back to cigarettes.

To the point, from a smoker's perspective (which I'm not), what tobacco flavor/manufacturer and nic level would work best if she currently smokes 1/2 pack a day? She gets the 'do it yourself' cartons here locally, but no idea what sort of 'flavor' that would be. I know it's a regular light blend.

I've yet to find any tobacco flavored e-juice that mimic cigarettes.

For each person it's different.

For me flue cured comes closest. But I also like a good cigar or pipe tobacco flavor and many of those have flavor added, like cherry. I do smoke cherry and caramel tobacco flavored e-liquid regularly. RY4 is something I like too, though the hints of tobacco are in the background.

Biggest thing is that cigarettes have all sorts of other things in them to add to the addiction. Some very unhealthy and not easily duplicated in vapor. Not counting all the psychological reasons folks smoke. vaping does cover some of those but not all of them.

Your friend has to really want to quit and find flavors and nicotine strengths that help. Mixing up something for someone else would be more misses then hits. I'd agree with getting a few professionally make juices for them to try.
