Tobacco flavor, hard throat hit

Hey everyone!

I'm hope you can help me chose a new juice. I've been vaping Bobo's County, which is good, but it isn't giving me that "throat hit." I was vaping 18mg. I just ordered 24mg of it and am waiting for its arrival, but I'm not so sure that going up in mg will give it a better throat hit... or will it?

I'm looking for something that tastes like tobacco, with kind of a sweet aftertaste (but not overwhelming), like Bobo's County, but a good throat hit.

I would really appreciate any input you guys can give me.

And... since I mistakenly thought going up in mg's would result in a greater throat hit, can I return the new Bobo's County coming to me? I bought the 30ml bottle.

If it matters any, I am vaping with altsmoke's silver bullet. I'm waiting for the Genitank Mega to arrive, it should be here any day. metal dual coil tank (6ml). Mason at altsmoke said it was an older style tank and suggested the Genitank.

I suggest Eclipse by Space Jam.. I've tried a few dif tobaccos, this one is the closest to a cig I've had. The description says cream, vanilla, and cavendish tobacco. The tobacco was a bit too rich and strong tasting for me the first time I tried it, but I think you'd like it. I'd probably like it more with a few beers (I'm more of a creamy/custard vaper myself). I'm hoping the cream and vanilla comes out more with age.

But it's the richest tobacco flavor I've tried, and strong cigarette throat feel & taste. I think you'd like it!!
.. And you can try a 15mL like I did. Haven't tried Boba's myself, but it's on my list. Nectar by Neckbeard is also real good, I like it more than Eclipse - but it's less of a true tobacco taste, and more of a RY4 (like Boba's). I creamy, caramel-vanilla, light tobacco. I really taste the caramel

Maxiboro by Juicy/Vapor.com (no slash. won't let me type the name?) is also very good, and I think really suites what your looking for!.. Great Marlboro cig taste and feel, and it does have a bit of a SWEET aftertaste; mainly on the exhale but it's definitely there. First tobacco I ever tried, and also one of the 1st juices I tried, it's pretty great.

But I'm not a huge tobacco vaper

I suggest you get urself a bottle of el kamino and a bottle deadly sin from goodlife vaper. Mix half of each into one bottle, shake and steep a week or two...your in for sweet tobacco surprise then just mix and steep the rest for more sweet tobacco fun...suggest getting 100 ml bottles 24 mg, you wont be dissaponted if you like sweet but still crave that tobacco hit....

I think you might like the Naturally extracted tobacco's from Heathers Heavenly Vapes. They tend to have the sweet aftertaste you are looking for, but not sickeningly sweet. They do have a real good throat hit especially in the 18 mg and 70/30 pg/vg mix. You can try a sampler pack.

I'm sure he would. Some of them are coil gunkers though. Drop by in the thread and ask a more specific question, when you have narrowed down his flavor profile more, and also the equipment he might be using. They are a helpful bunch over there.

My favorite flavor is tobacco... right now I'm enjoying Hangsen Delux Tobacco from caterpillar.com not too sweet, its' price does not reflect quality, trust me on this. I got my order in 2 days. For throat hit, I'm vaping 0 nicotine now & vape mouth to lung not so much to lung but sometimes by accident I get that throat hit by accident & it makes me cough... I don't like throat hits, I really just like the taste of tobacco and french exhaling. I also like smooth & silky flavor. RY 6 is on my next to try list because its highly recommended for authentic tobacco taste by others. I'm not one for sweet tobacco flavors either.
Your tank most definitely matters in terms of taste. I just discovered tanks with airflow control & wow what a difference in the draw makes to taste & over all experience. Currently I'm using mpt2 w/ airflow control,
airflow control can be used w/Protank 2 & 3, there is the aro tank...
So as a tobacco flavor chaser, I found reviews at caterpillar's E-liquid site accurate & helpful. Also I found the following you tube videos super helpful in my tobacco flavor quest:

I wanted to follow up with something I tried today.

eVo's Maraschino Tobacco is the BOMB. Seriously. I LOVE this stuff. I've tried the chocolate, Bobo's County, and Black Diamond. This one is by far my favorite! Great tobacco taste with just a hint of cherry and it has that throat hit that I crave so much.

Will definitely be purchasing more of this stuff.

Just wanted to follow up and give a positive review!

Exactly what I was looking for weeks ago. I landed on a 50/50 mix of Johnson Creek "Gold Reserve and Silverthorn". I've a ton of tobaccos flavors and I mix and match them to my mood. Real Extracts LLC has a AMAZINGLY good ones as well.

Mazinni pointed you to the righteous path with the NETs. It can still be a bit daunting (I'm new on that path as well.) What tobacco did your father in law smoke? That could narrow down some suggestions.

He has been a Marlboro Red smoker for a long time. That's what I smoked too but I was able to stop bc I really enjoy candy and fruity flavors lol. He doesn't seem like the type to go for anything fruity

Or anything labeled "Rugged" or "Cowboy" blend.
