Tobacco flavored e-juce safety question

I just ordered a bottle of Virginia Gold tobacco eliquid from totallywicked. I really like the tobacco flavors but was wondering what the difference would be in using these extracts and chewing the actual tobacco leaf. I imagine that the liquid is far safer but are there any incidents of mouth cancers that anyone is aware of? How is the flavor produced? I have seen many methods. Is there a site where I can find this info or did I miss it on here.

I'm a newbie so forgive my ignorance.
Just looking for more info about my newly acquired habit.

Thanks much

I have a different interpretation of your question. I think you are asking whether you can get mouth cancer from vaping e-liquid with tobacco flavoring.

Any question about health and vaping is tough for us to answer, since we are not medical doctors and also we do not want to seem to be making unsubstantiated claims about vaping safety.

I'm going to put this in my own words – and show a photo – and see if it strikes the right balance between being appropriately reassuring and avoiding such claims:

Because the nicotine and some of the flavors are derived from tobacco, there may be very small trace amounts of the yucky stuff in analog cigarettes, at about one thousandth of the level found in those analogs.

This link shows the levels of TSNA's (tobacco-specific nitrosamines) found in the FDA's testing of samples of electronic cigarettes with some comparisons against cigarettes, NRT products and smokeless tobacco products. These were the very test results the FDA used to state that "e-cigs contain carcinogens" (the TSNA's). What they did not highlight were the levels found...

Their results show that the particular samples they tested had similar levels of TSNA's to FDA approved NRT products, and an order of magnitude lower levels than cigarettes, skoal or even snus.
