Well I tried my first tobacco flavored juice last night. Didn't much care for it. The first few drags reminded me of licking an old ashtray.

...But I figured I couldn't knock it until I truly gave it a running chance.

So about 20 minutes later I began trying to discern and really pronounce the subtle flavors coming through.

It was a Kamel and I thought I tasted a pinch of honey or maple in there along with the tobacco leaves. When I focused on the sweeter part of the draw, the carto became a lot more palatable though it'll never make the top ten

Coming from Indonesia Cloves and Vanilla Danish Pipe, I never had a thing for the cigarette flavor.

I've tried all the V4L tobaccos, and my favs are the Parlement (green), Virginia, Cowboy and RY4.

Yes, I found Cuban Cigar a dead ringer for natural tobacco taste, it even gives that little tart tingle on the lips. French Pipe is pretty good, as well, a bit milder.

Garb, if you like the sweet touch of the Kamel, you may like the Cowboy, it is similar but with a more distinctive honey-like finish.

I don't "get" the 555, or the other ashy, nutty, dirty flavors...guess they are too close to analogs...

My standard daily vapes tend to be non-tobacco flavored and I really enjoy them. Sometimes though, like if I'm having a drink or if I've just eaten a good meal - especially a meal of spicy food - what I really crave is that old, familiar analog taste. For those times, the 555 or the Cowboy is exactly what I need to satisfy my cravings.

Garble, you've been around. You've seen the chant--Save the Kant! And for good reason. 'STK Maxx' turned me onto it, and I've never looked back.

I've tried nearly all the tobacs, and that's the only one I can recommend without hesitation. The premium version is the only non-menth tobac my picky wife and I vape these days. Satisfies all of our cig urges. I'm looking forward to the new Parl green, too, when it soon hits the shelves.

I wrote that because I have three flavors of Kant. The classic in 5ml bottles and classic cartos. The second flavor that is in the premium cartos (close to classic, but not as rich). Then there is the third stuff in the 30ml bottle which isn't even close to the other Kants....and could probably strip the chrome from a car bumper.

I was a menthol smoker for more than 38 years but have found that I cannot vape menthol or mint--it is either too overpowering or just simply gags me.

I decided to try vaping some non-menthol flavors. I tried Kamel and Cowboy and neither of them appeal to me--way too strong and heavy.

I am, however, absolutely HOOKED on Hilton. It has a smooth, wonderfully nutty flavor. When I first tried it, I thought it tasted like dirt. So I put it down and tried it again a few hours later. Hmm, not bad--the nutty flavor seemed more pronounced and I could discern the nuttiness more than the dirt I had tasted at first. I put it down again. The next day, I decided to try it again and fell in love with it.

I could vape this stuff day and night. I try to rotate flavors throughout the day, but the one I keep finding myself drawn to is Hilton. Even the Watermelon that I love love love is taking a backseat to the Hilton. The more I vape Hilton, the more I want. I'm waiting for Steve to open up stock options just on the Hilton--I'll become a very rich woman (well, except that I will probably be one of the biggest consumers bucking up the profits. LOL)

I still have 555 and Kant on my "have to try" list. I am hoping to do so by the end of next week.

In the meantime, my Hilton and I are quite happy together. I am positive that we were made for each other.

I am with you on the Hilton and think that you will also enjoy the 555, as they share a lot of the same nutty (aka dirt) goodness. Both took me a while to warm up to, but now I'm absolutely hooked.

555...dirt covered peanuts.

NOM NOM NOM.

I have yet to try 555, but your mention of peanuts reminds me that I've noticed that flavor/odor in one or two of the tobacco flavors I've tried. I notice it in the Dekang Winston almost for sure. (Thought I liked it for a while and bought too much, but it mixes OK with EcoPure Rich or Krystal, so I guess it won't go to waste...) Is peanut a popular component among flavorists trying to do something tobaccoish? Weird.

Kind of like French Pipe and Three Wolves, but not so sure of either as the tobacco daily vape I'm still looking for.

Six weeks in, Kant is my favorite overall vape! I was initially drawn to RY4, but it's almost too rich for me now. I still enjoy it, but in small doses. I also like 555 and Cowboy every now and then. It's been fun to experiment with the "fun" flavors, but I find when the craving for that nasty old habit really hits, good ole Kant keeps me satisfied.
