I have read the threads about making our own tobacco flavors, especially the one with raw tobacco in hot PG and filtered by ToweKnee (http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/blogs/toweknee/3495-extraction-process.html); the process is all good; however,

1. Why should we microwave it?

2. At what wattage should we do it in the microwave oven?

3.
Can we prolong the process ? Any good ? If not why not?

4. Should we do it with say about 1 pound of drained tobacco left? can we still distill it for nicotine?

5. It is excellent we have the process in photos but ToweKnee did not quantify the ingredients such as how much tobacco vs how much PG...

Any ideas thanks in advance !:)
