Cleaning it the juices stash...one of them is a new near 60 tobacco honey in my nic level. It's overwhelmingly honey. Smells like honey, looks like honey, taste like honey, and have I mentioned it taste like strong honey? If there is any tobacco in there it's so muted by the honey bullying it around it's afraid to make an appearance.

Before I just give up on it and list it for sale, are there any suggestions to salvage 55+ml of strong honey flavored juice supposedly with tobacco?

If it's really new, air it out (leave the top off) for a couple of hours and give it a good month to rest. Or get a strong tobacco flavor you like, and play with mixing at different ratios.

I had a honey tobacco liquid that was the same for me, even after a month's rest, so I cut it 50/50 with MOV's Southern Gentleman and that made it bearable enough to finish the bottle.

I would suggest exactly the same. Use a tobacco flavor you like that's on the strong side and mix in a topper until you get it right.
I'd use a NET, my suggestion would be something from HHV, maybe Gaia or Serendipity.
