According to Geoff (helping me out in all my newness to his site) the tobacco loses tobacco flavor at 48mg since the nicotine becomes the overwhelming taste (think pesticide) cutting it to a strength of 24 or less using the doubler restores the taste. This is because it is derived from tobacco and not flavorings and it is impossible to extract it and add that much nicotine and keep the true tobacco flavor.

Did I get that right Geoff??

Now I can't wait to taste the tobacco in its pure 24mg strngth (which I ordered) to decide if I wanna go 48 with a doubler.

just orderd some 48 tobacco how much flav does it loose at this high the site says something about that?

Actually at that high of a nicotine concentration it does lose flavor. And as it states on the site CLEARLY. This isn't a concentrated flavoring that I add, this is a maceration and is only as strong a flavor as the plant matter will yield.

At that high a concentration, you also don't get much tobacco flavor as you do NICOTINE flavor, so if you're vaping 48mg straight and wondering why it tastes like pesticide...welcome to the wonderful flavor of nicotine.

Knowing that, order as you will.

But if you order 48mg with the tobacco doubler, will that work out?

Well darn, now I too am confused.
I have been waiting for the tobacco flavor to place my first order with Tasty Vapor. Was going to get the 48 with a doubler to cut down to the 12 range.
However, would it be better taste wise to get two 24mgs and a doubler?
Sorry to sound pessimistic DaBrat :) but concentration, maceration ... it's all sounding Greek to me!

Lets say you ordered a Rum and coke at a bar and the bartender had one too many and instead of putting the rum in a shot glass put the coke there and topped it off with rum.Not sure what kinda drinker you are but that would be a bit much for me. Only so much flavor in a shot of coke. How would you remedy this? Get more coke from somewhere and dilute... now since the doublers are 120ml and the bottles are thirty, you would have the more than enough to mix the doubler exactly to 12mg. 90 ml to 30 ml shoudl come out to about 12mg/ml
