Tobacco steeped e-juice question

ive read about the tobacco steeped ejuice's and this might be a newb question but am just wondering if the end result is still pure pg/vg/nic liquid and no impurities from the tobacco are left behind?

There won't be any impurities left behind because juices use flavoring. The flavorings are concentrated extracts from tobacco and other flavors.
