In a house.
And approx 45 million will die of AIDS but an estimated 70% live in Africa so nobody in the West gives a ****. 1 African child dies every minute from AIDS. There is no money to be made from treating or finding a cure for AIDS.
If these amounts of people we are talking about don't die then the whole population of the Earth will die of lack of Food, Water, Resources or War over them.
There is a hell of a lot of money to be made Treating Cancer. It does'nt make sense to save lives by having people stop smoking tobacco. It's not good for the Economy.

Oh Please...! There are currently 1.5 billion smokers on this planet, the report also proclaims that 1 in 10 die will die from their smoking therefore this year 5.5 million will die from their habit. Projections for next year of 6 million deaths are based on population growth. So projected 6 mill deaths is based on 1.5 (same number) billion smokers (less smoking).

What's wrong with their numbers??? IF: I in 10 is expected to die from smoking how come only 1 in 100 actually does die? 10% of 1.5 BILLION is not 5.5 Million. Someone failed to check their numbers.8-o
