Seems that the threads are not the same when trying to hybrid these two. Can anyone sugest an Aqua clone that WILL hybrid with my EHPro Origin ?

Why not get the tobeco origin? The tobeco aqua will hybrid with the tobeco origin.

Ehpro Aqua -I would hope that would hybrid. Otherwise I'd be very disappointed in Ehpro.

Ordered, crossing my fingers that it hybrids with my EHPro Origin.
Dont understand. You spent more money either way. You already had an aqua as well. I dont understand. 6, half dozen, the other. Whatever.

Lets hope it works... I think it should cause the Ebay seller had the 2 together in another ad and they were in hybrid mode, so it should work. In the mean time if you have like a Turtleship or Caravela clone, the Tobeco Aqua will work on those in hybrid mode... They are all 20m x 1m thread pitch...
The threading is different from the EHPro version and the Tobeco... I would've rather had the EHPro Origin just because of the 2 tone effect myself, but they weren't available at the time I got mine. I can understand him wanting to match up the EHPro...
I don't see how. Those are 22mm mods. The Aqua is 21mm.
I have a Tobeco Turtleship V1 and a Tobeco Aqua - doesn't fit (just FYI).

Ok heres the deal, got my Ehpro Aqua (Vs my original Tobeco Aqua), and it still doesnt hybrid. The Ehpro and tobeco Aquas have the same threading.
The WHITE BOX EHPro Origin has the oddball threads and will not hybrid with any brand Aqua as far as I can tell, the BLACK BOX Ehpro has the standard threads and should hybrid with Tobeco or EHPro Aqua's. It appears that the White box Ehpro is Version 1 and they had not yet figured out how to match up threads.
so now, after getting a tobeco Aqua, selling it, getting an EhPro white box Origin, then getting an Ehpro Aqua , I still cannot hybrid these two deivices. I am returning my white boxed Ehpro Origin for a black box version and FINALLY I can hybrid these two.

I can confirm the previous post. I just received the ehpro gunmetal origin (comes in a black box) and it hybrids with the FT aqua https://www.fasttech.com/products/1593600 kit. This kit does not come with the hybrid pin. I used a pin from my chi you FT clone and it worked perfectly.
Thought others might want to know. I will post pictures this weekend.
