No way it will get a month with me around, hope it starts to develop in a week, that's all the patience I've got! lol
LOL I stuck mine in the laundry room on top of the cabinet so it takes some doing to get it. I hate waiting too!!!!

I've had a Coconut floating in my "wishlist" for some time. Want to use it at fractional percentages, like you have here. Acts as kind of a sweet cream, yes? Who's coconut are you using in this recipe?
Sorry it was FA's ... sheesh old age... creeping up on me making me forget things :)

Couple subs, based on what I have in inventory...

TFA BCDX for your (assmued) BC non DX
TFA Coconut Extra for (whatever coconut you used), same %
CAP VC V1 for your VC V2

Actually, this is perceptibly good right off the scale. Couple weeks and it'll be great, I expect.

Always a bit paranoid about that Dulce de Leche. I love it, but it's such a dominant flavor. I think you got the balance right with it on this recipe. Maybe the brown sugar is forcing it to play nicely. :)

Thanks for the recipe.
