My Provari Mini kit showed up today, It beautiful and works great with my aerotank.
The pro tank 2 it came with leaks horribly and when it is tight on the Mini, you cannot draw air through it. :(

I hate that i wasted the money on the starter kit just to receive this bad tank. if i didnt have another, i would be stuck and unable to use the Provari.

So is my tank bad, or just not compatible with the mini, mind you this is what Provari sent me as part of the starter kit.

Real bad part is i have a co worker that is trying to start vaping, bought one at same time and if his does this he will have a strike against vaping from the get go.

I would appreciate any advice you guys have for me :)

it's compatible with the mini as I just got my provari kit in the mail on Saturday..I didn't have it leak but was having issues of it working at first, the provari would give me a open error, so I would unscrew the bottom and take the coil head off and put it back in and it would work, this only happens to me after I fill the tank, it takes a couple of time for it to work..But once it works it's great, try unscrewing the bottom and put the coil head back on and see if it still leaks or not..Don't over tighten the tank on the provari or you will have issues..I always check the Ao button after I put it on to make sure the tank is working..I'm new to the protank2 and provari but found this to help.Try using another coil head and see if it leaks also..

You need this. My PT2 would not draw worth a damn on my Provari until I got one, now it works perfectly. The Kanger site ships pretty fast, too.

Looks like i will be buying 2 of those to not have to fight this. My aerotank is smooth on it, i will fix the PT2 with this :)
Thanks!

Definitely order the Kanger Airflow Control Valve as it will resolve the issues with the ProTanks, but in the meantime, try folding a small piece of paper a couple of times into a strip and place that between the device and the tank when screwing down the tank. Once you get the right thickness of the paper, it will give you enough airflow for the tank to work and the tank won't be wobbly on the device. I used a piece of a mini Tootsie Roll wrapper and folded it like 3 times...lol

It worked wonderfully for me and it's free. The base resolves that issue completely, though.

I agree^^^^^ These bases really do work quite well and allow the user to adjust the airflow the way that they want it.
