Today, April Fools Day 2011 I smoked my last cigarette.
I bought an eGo from ENS, and finally had something so simple that even an idiot like me could vape with no hassles. (other than washing out atomizers every day)
Life was good, and I was having fun, ... vaping!!

The EGo is now long gone. replaced by a never ending supply of Provaris' and Caravelas', and life is still good. (even if I am 80 years old)

Those original e-cigs helped a lot of us learn that this could actually work. Cleaning the atty each night was the one thing that got me looking deeper into what was available. That and I knew it was going to get expensive buying those tiny cartridges with a few drops of e-liquid in them. It didn't take long for me to go down the rabbit hole looking for what would work best for me. Thankfully now almost 11 years later, like you, I am totally self sufficient. I can vape the rest of my life and never have to spend another penny doing so. I may have to buy more 18650 batteries at one point though.

Congratulations TJ. Enjoyed spending this time with you. As much as I've always loved Caravelas, I guess I'll never own one now. I did get a nice mechanical from the big contest here years ago but never used it due to not having any Kicks and using drop in coils.

I do get it out on occasion to admire it and feel those perfect threads. Enjoy your anniversary day sir.
